We have received comments regarding the presentation monitor not being level and the vestibule doors making noise when closing. We appreciate your feedback and would like to provide some update on these matters.

Our church structure is not properly leveled, which has caused various issues over time. When we installed the carpets, we encountered similar problems when we put back the pews, they were not aligned and required additional adjustments.

The presentation monitor upon installation, it was elevated by 5 degrees, in accordance with the arc structure. Our contractor has reworked and made the necessary adjustments to ensure it is now aligned with the right monitor.

Vestibule doors, particularly the center door, which creates a loud noise when closing. One of the primary factors contributing to the issue are the hinges. The previous hinges, which had served us for over 70 years, are now obsolete. As a result, we have had to use the present hinges available. Our custodian has taken temporary steps by placing foam padding to reduce the sound when the door closes. Meanwhile, our contractor is actively searching for suitable hinges that can properly support the weight of the solid mahogany door and address the noise concern effectively.
